Hello Everyone...
I am starting the flat belly diet on Monday and I am very excited about it. I had a baby in May and I started heavier then I should have. I was 178 (5'4, 31 years old) the day I found out I was pregnant and I was 196 the day I gave birth. Through breastfeeding and cutting out most of the junk and running around like a chicken without my head I now weigh 150. I want to get down to 135 plus tone up a bit.
SO here we are. I have read the 4 day jump start, will be food shopping tomorrow. BUT here is my question. How do I measure the oz in some of these foods without getting a food scale. E.G. 4 oz of turkey meat, 1/3 of tilapia? So far that is the only thing that has turned me off.. I just want something straight forward.
Any ideas how to go about this...
PS - TOday is my last breastfeeding session with the little boy - have been weaning for a month.
