I started in august then went on vacation #1 then travel 1&2. I would have to pull all of my notes from the drs office to track the loss. I am not the poster child for the diet but I was in this for the long haul and the results!
Re drinking: on vacation protocol you can have 1 glass of white wine. I made my drink of choice white wine spritzers with seltzer and lime and lots of ice. I now think this will be a new fav!


Do you feel like you can "see" it yet?
I don't work out now, but I do plan on picking it up again once I go back home at the end of the semester. I should be on maintenance by then, assuming everything goes well!
