Question I don't know where to ask this question?

Hi,

I I am not sure where I should be posting this kind of question, I thought maybe you might have the answer.

I weigh 200, I am 5'5 and I would like to lost 50 pounds as an ultimate goal. How many calories per day will help me achieve that goal? I would like a slow weight loss, and a realistic amount of food per day.

Could someone please help me?

THank you.

Angie (returning after being on ww and messing up.....again)

Talking wh00t

Also, if you have a PDA that runs Palm OS, go to Fourmilab and download EatWatch. It has a weight charting system that can customize a plan for you to tell you how much you need to reduce your calorie intake to meet a goal by a certain date.

I just bought the food mover from ebay and I am waiting for it to arrive....I am very excited to do this! I want the weight off once and for all....I have so many pairs of clothes that I want to wear...and none of them fit. I am so determined to do this! Once it arrives, lets do this together!! I would love to have a buddy, are you interested? We could email back and forth. Let me know!

Angie
