Glad to hear that eDiets is going well for you. It is going great for me. I am in 6th week, and have lost 15 pounds so far. I have 95 to go...but I know that this is the plan I can follow for the rest of my life. I think that is an essential key in long term weight loss. It seems so many people are searching for that quick fix, that will get them results now, only to find failure in the long term. One thing I have learned is that this is about making each day a success, and measuring our success more with how we feel, and less with the number on the scale. I am doing this, one day at time, one step at a time. Every day, every step, every rep...I AM doing this! Glad to hear that this plan is working for others as well.

FYI: I am currently doing a 21 day challenge with a group of ladies called "Hot Mamas" where I pledged to lose 4 pounds and exercise at least 450 minutes in that time. This has been a great little extra motivator! I love the little challenges an motivating groups that you can join. I encourage you to jump in and get involved, it makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE!
