Default Salad Tip

Hi, I posted this under TOPS, but thought others might find it useful to:

I thought I would share something I do when I make my husband's lunch salad. He doesn't like having to carry plastic containers home if he can help it, so when I make his salad for lunch, I put it in a baggie and put the salad dressing in one of those little snack sized baggies, close it up and put it in with the salad in the larger bag. He has a plate at his desk he uses, or you could just mix it all up together and eat it out of the bag. This method keeps the salad from getting soggy from the dressing between morning and lunch.

I do put the salad in a large baggie, but never thought of the snack size for dressing and putting it in with the salad. Even if it manages to leak it's in the salad. Good idea I prefer to have salad on a paper plate at work, then I can throw it away. Dressing is hard to clean up, especially oil and vinegar.
