I think my face is one of the first places that people start noticing when I've lost weight, it should be a dramatic change once you're done!

My face and chest are the spots where it is obvious that I've lost weight. Here's the difference of 40 pounds at 5'4".

As everyone here has already said, your face will definitely be thinner after losing 65 pounds. You can see how my face changed, losing 50 pounds, if you click on my avatar.

I look like a completely different person now than when I started. People don't recognize me anymore!
