I went swimming today and it felt great!! I was able to tread water in the deep end!

I ate less for lunch today and bought some new, fresh vegetables from The Farmer's Market in my town, ramps. Has anyone ever heard of ramps? They are a small onion with big green leaves. I am trying them tonight with my chicken!!

I haven't been smiling this much in a LONG time! Positivity breeds success, right?

I lost eight friggin' lbs last week! Wha? I didn't know that was possible after about the first week (water weight and what not)! I had to weight myself three times and borrow my future MILS scale to compare...I didn't believe it at first, but...I'LL TAKE IT!

I love the positivity here, mind if I join in?

I've been able to wear HEELS at work again! After years of needing to wear comfortable bland shoes so I can stand up all day, I am able to wear flirty, fun shoes again! I feel amazing (and tall!)

The ramps tasted very good, by the way! I highly recommend them and I have a simple pesto recipe for them too, which I would be happy to pass along.

I am finally sleeping better at night, big Yay! I was nervous that I would have charley-horses in my calves last night because I had cramps in the pool yesterday. I must have done enough walking and hydrating myself with water and that's why I didn't get them. I am building my muscles back, YES! Now, I want to focus on my upper arm muscles and abs.

Oh yeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhh! 30 minutes sustained jog succeeded today. I can't wait to see the number on the scales drop after this effort!

Silly thing, I haven't wanted to start a thread for it--but went to a concert last week and wasn't squished in the theater seat! I have hated going there for that reason, feeling so big and like I am crowding over into the next person. Big music festival there this summer, and I will really fit in the seat by then!

Today I put on a pair of capri's that I bought the last time I weighed what I do now--and they fit! And not only that but it's not tight! I bought a dress last month, it's my new motivation to keep working so I can fit into it by August

199.4 as of yesterday feels way skinnier than 200.6 that I was last week. This 1.2lbs might as well have been 25lbs. So happy today!!

I am feeling pretty today; Since it is warm outside I dug up all my shorts and they FIT!!... I am wearing a pair of white short shorts with fuchsia silk shirt and white platform heels, with appropriate accessories About to go and get my nails done...could I feel any more beautiful...aaah?

ETA: I have felt so ugly and frumpy for the longest time
