For the first time in my life, I saw the scale move after I made a conscious effort (never seriously tried to lose weight before this). Lost 1.5 kgs this week, and I'm super excited

It's also the beginning of my TOM so I'm hoping for a good loss next week.

I got a favourite for my fan-fiction! Yay! That one favourite has made me feel that it's worthwhile posting the rest of the parts

I fit into two new pairs of pants, a size smaller and they fit with room. Extremely happy!

I weigh less than I did yesterday, but more than I will tomorrow...and that excites me!!!

Today I celebrate shrinking muffin tops, smaller clothes, long-lost numbers on the scale, and a healthier relationship with food than I've had in YEARS.

Yay! It has been over a week since my ankle. surgery- woohoo! I am feeling stronger every day and I am not taking much pain medicine anymore!!!!

I won the tournament game in poker tonight!!!!

Came out with just under 100 USD (we play in Egyptian Pounds) and a spot at the final table!!

I am so excited since this is only the 4th time I've played poker... and my friend, who I ended up going heads-up with is actually the one who gave me some tips to improve my game!!

I had a great time, and I love my poker Thursdays because it means a fun night with friends and no snacking!!!!

I finally lost my first 10 lbs

Just 90 more to go.

I can't believe it has been over two weeks since my surgery-yay! I hope I get good news tomorrow at the doc!

Yay! I got good news today from my surgeon! He told me twice to keep up the good work!!! I also got my stitches out and I may be able to bear weight in three weeks! I am going to continue to hope and pray for the best! Yay!

Thank you so much for your kind wishes! That is very kind of you! . I am slowly getting better, it can be tedious at times but the worst is behind me. I am looking forward to going on a trip at the end of November for Thanksgiving.

My skinny friend just gave me a hand me down skirt! She had a size 8 kicking around that's way too big for her, and it fits me perfectly! 2 years ago I never would have dreamed of getting clothes from her!

I am soooo happy!!! I am now allowed to walk on my right ankle with my boot!!!! Woohoo!! I can go for short swims, get a pedicure, wow I am happy!!!!

I feel like this is a major victory for me. I am so grateful for my awesome surgeon!!! My family and friends have been so supportive of me too.
