Lots of water. Flushes you out.

Drinking more water is good. Also, green tea works. You might consider eating some dandelion greens or drinking dandelion root tea.
Doing some sort of movement also helps, as does getting a good massage.
Beer?
Actually, alcohol is dehydrating, but there are far more effective methods.

Beer does absolute wonders for me on my weight loss journey. At least the hoppy IPAs I drink.
My main objective is to lose 100lbs without having to restrict beer.

If you really want a diuretic, which isn't suggested unless you are really constipated, try just drinking black coffee. The caffeine will make you go to the bathroom a lot more and is a lot safer than diuretics. Try not to worry about water weight though.

I second the cup of coffee, but drinking more water is good too.
