I'm no expert but our immediate family has visited Disneyworld in Orlando twice. I got the most information from this board, http://www.disboards.com/. There are lots of books our there too. The most important thing is to have a plan. Without it, your heads will be spinning. My DD25 still loves the place, Disneymooned with her DH there, and they plan to return again. I always say that there is something for everyone at Disney.

Lots of info, thanks! I am glad we have a while to plan. We do family vacations fairly often but not since EVERYONE has kids. We don't tend to stay stuck to each other and are good at branching out to do our own things as our kids' interest are vastly different. We do try to at least stay together and have a few meals together. My own daughter isn't really into Disney characters, not wild about the princesses, and doesn't really do rides but...she REALLLLLY wants to go anyway so, we'll see!
