I just got in from walking a mile with my little brother. Im so happy i got him to go walking with me this time. Hes 16 and heavier than i am. :/ but im hoping this is the start of something daily.

Congrats! I used to go walking with my brother! We'd walk 4 miles together (to go to the grocery store and back)...
