OK TEAM ~

My sister has breast cancer and has had a double mastectomy, has just finished chemo and starting radiation soon...she cannot have soy products.

My sister in law has recently discovered she has high blood pressure and a weak heart...she has to watch her salt and fats/cholesterol....

Where would I find the best info...help...recipes here at 3FC to assist them?

For the high BP the DASH diet is recommended:
