I guess this isn't a negative from being smaller, but having a healthier lifestyle. i hope this isn't tmi but one of the negative's is that i sometimes smell bad. Like, foul. When i exercise i can't always immediately shower, and sometimes leave my dirty clothes in my car or just throw them in the hamper. I didn't know girl's could smell so rank, but i am proof that it is possible.

and also my boobs are not holding up through the process, i've already lost a size and they definitely don't look as perky as they use to. it makes me sad.

I hope you don't mind me bringing up a heavy and possibly triggering "side-effect," but last time I was thin I attracted an abusive boyfriend. Sometimes I think fat is like a "protective shield" to keep unwanted male (or female) sexual attention at bay.

Since I'm a vegetarian it's been extremely
hard to keep completely healthy while dieting.
I have low iron, I need vitamin pills, and I need
to keep my protein in check. It's very frustrating.

Also, my hair has been falling out a little bit
lately from not keeping up with my vitamins.
A few strands each time I shower.

I would strongly recommend this site.. it's vegan, not vegetarian, but that can be easily fixed by adding eggs, etc. These are mostly vegan athletes so maybe some tips/tricks could work for you...

OK, I've read this thread and what I've learned from the pitfall of weight loss is:
  • Buy a magnifying mirror or have laser hair removal
  • Get a lot of sweaters and possibly a portable heater that runs on batteries so I can take it with me.
  • Firm up my tush or have a thick pillow with me at all times when sitting is required
  • Study up on how to fend off unwarrented attention from the opposite sex (or maybe the same sex )

I can't wait!!

It's weird because I actually don't have any of these problems, and never have.

My armpits don't sink in.
I'm hot most of the time.
And my butt doesn't hurt at all when I sit on a hard surface (I guess I have enough padding.)
