I followed a reference to PGDP (Project Gutenburg Distributed Proofreading) and got addicted to proofing.
I also managed to regain about 8 pounds. But I did stop there.
Amazing what happens when you think you're paying attention to what you're eating but you're really coasting.
I'm back to work on eating right again.

Salt Lake City has decorated Sea Gulls. Swear to Gawd. Most bizarre thing I've ever seen.
