Besides, both Los Angeles teams won last night; he'll be in his happy place for a day.

But tell me this. Why am I so focused on the Devil Rays and seem to be blind sided that the Marlins and the Blue Jays seem to be beating everyone in sight?

Could have been a 4-some Bill, with the Sharks winning again....but my LAKERS stunk up the joint at the finish...well most of the game actually!

Only Gary can root for the Dodgers while they are playing the Rockies!!!!

To say the least - another heart attack game.

Final Red Sox 16, NYY 11 after see-sawing back and forth.

Hope SweetCaroline and redsoxgirl were both there in the 80 degree sunshine perfect afternoon for baseball day.

Technically I wasn't there, but I live right across the street from Fenway so it was loud and insane once again.

I have to say that they stayed in there even with giving up so many points to Gary's Dodgers in the 1st inning. I'm sure you are glad to have the win, Gary, but your blue guys are going to have to step it up! Not every team will be the Rockies! ha!

That's so sad, redsoxgirl - did you panic when you heard the crowd erupt? It must have sounded like the end of the world.

I did freak out, you could hear the crowd before they showed the replay on the tv downstairs.

It was amazing, what a weekend.....very tired at work today but well well worth it.

We won the first one against the Braves.

Well I can't take any credit for it, since I went to bed before the game was over, but MANNY took us in for the win!! It is bad enough to ever lose to the giants but even worse two in a row!! I went to bed down....so happy to open the sports....too bad ROCKS gave it up to those pesky pads in the 9th...we would be up 3.5 games...oh well .... sigh.
