The unopened boxes wouldn't be near the temptation the open boxes would be. Just one (more) handful.

Ha ha - 55 fish are considered a serving at 140 calories (whole grain)

Discounting "Smiles" which are listed as the first ingredient!!
The second ingredient is "Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour "
which is just another fancy name for WHITE FLOUR.

The real number one ingredient is "Whole Grain Wheat Flour". I'm not even sure what that is. I'm guessing it's not 100% whole wheat flour, or they would have called it that. Back to low-fat triscuits.

Do they really list "smiles" on the list of ingredients? I've never looked. (How lame is that?)

Ingredients:
Made with Smiles and Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour [Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid], Vegetable Oils, (Canola, Sunflower and/or Soybean). Contains 2% or Less of: Salt, Yeast, Autolyzed Yeast, Spices, Leavening (Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Annatto (Color), Onion Powder, Butter, Enzymes, Sodium Phosphate.

(I've gotten this from two websites, not the package itself. Actually I was surprised thinking that it would be unlikely that a major food corp. would take the risk of putting a non-ingredient on the list and that the FDA would ok it.)

LOL, 55 in not even an appetizer for a serving.

A serving is a what's in the bag.

Don't ask how I know this.

EZ - the goldfish in my outdoor pond would have their eyes bugging out of their heads if they heard this. Oh wait! - their eyes already do that.

Then how many servings are in one of those large BOXES you can get at the warehouse stores? At least TWO I hope.

A friend of mine at work took his 12 yr. old boy out fishing 2 weeks ago. The boy caught a few and bagged them. He caught one just as they were leaving, a trout, he threw it in a garbage bag and put water in it. When dad got home and started putting the gear away he noticed his son wasn't around, one of the things about fishing is ya gotta clean em up when you get home, anyway dad goes into kitchen asks mom where's boy? He's at the pool...the kid put the, still live, trout in the pool (chlorine level down, too cold to swim)...in the morning dad made him take fish out and clean it.

Kids do the craziest things. I'm sure it made sense to him!

How did he catch the trout again to clean it? Did he go fishing in the swimming pool?

HA! We asked if he grabbed his pole....nope....the kid just fished the trout out with a pool net for getting toys and stuff.

This 12 yr old kid is one of those can do everything kids. All-star pitcher/shortstop...quarterback for Pop Warner....he is cool to have on the job (Dodger fan like myself) he can drive a bobcat around like....well as good as OPERATOR could if she "messed" with little dirt movers!

BARGOO...I keep forgetting to get back to you on this! I love it! I used to take packs of fun fruits...kids were always following me around. This year I ordered a 100 packs of "cheaper" baseball cards.....the kids, boys and girls...loved them!

I sit at the end of my pew....when they went up for communion, if they didn't have a pack for the day already, they would stick out their hands as they passed and I would load it!
