Nope, no pets at all until we move back. The time and expense (quarantine, kennel while under quarantine, etc.) to move pets from Japan is crazy, and I have no desire to adopt an animal only to turn around and get rid of it. I did have some fish once but...there was an accident involving a Japanese fish tank heater. :o

Actually it is! The color of Angie's eyes....although I often forget!! She'll vouch for that!

I did - before they got rid of all the drive-in theatres in Calgary. Last one I saw was a double movie - Backdraft and Problem Child 2 ;) Looong time ago. I miss the drive in. It was destroyed during the Husky Oil plant explosion. They decided not to bother fixing it.

HATE them with a passion! My dad used to make me record them from tv and edit out the commercials when I was a kid!

tpbm: can't sleep w/out white noise

Oh not me, I'm a very light sleeper. My ex-husband was that way and it drove me crazy, I had to sleep with earplugs in every night! About the only background noise I can take in a room when I'm trying to sleep is a fan.

Well it's morning here, but yes, I did.

TPBM has had surgery at least once (natural vaginal-delivery childbirth does not count).

4 times -- two hearing corrective surgeries as a child, tonsillectomy when I was 10, and a bone infection removal surgery on my femur just last December.

TPBM plans to see The Dark Knight the week it's released.
