Yes, my husband's younger brother, his Japanese wife and their 5 yr old live in the Tokyo area. They are coming to visit us here in northern rural Japan during "Golden Week".

TPBM has a birthday in the family today!

With the size of my family I'm surprised I don't have a birthday in the family every day. I mean...my in-law family is big. Mine is gigantic. I had 12 nieces and 6 nephews at my last count...and then my own 4 daughters. Lots of grandkids for the grandparents.

TPBM has a close friend they've known since childhood.

My Godaughter's father and I have been friends for 41 years! And 2 other friends of mine the same...the 4 of us have done a lot together...living in different states now but we have all hooked up together in the last 5 years.
