I don't know how I missed the dancing. I guess I was just too depressed after the beating the Rockies had.
It sure seems like the Sox could come back tough again this year, though.

I heard one of the sports guys on the radio complaining about the game over in Japan. That game is basically the opener for those teams, but then they come back and play a couple of exhibition games. He thought that it was really stupid to do it that way. I guess I have to agree with him. What do you think?

It does seem weird to have those exhibition games after the season opener. But teams have gone over their in the past and then had a break of several days before re-starting the season, maybe those teams suggested that playing some games would benefit them.

The bars here were open at 6 am for the game, no serving alcohol until it was over but they were packed.

The 8th is the home opener...can't wait.

I love Manny

I have mixed feelings about it DIANE ~ part of me says it's un-American and part of me says that many fans over seas are as big of fans as we are. There so many countries represented in all of "our" sports now, with players coming from all over the world.

What do you gals think of the giants pretty much removing anything about Barry Bonds from their stadium and publications? I hear he gets a small plaque and that's it.

MY DODGERS vs. RED SOX tonight in the Los Angeles Coliseum to celebrate their 50 Years in Los Angeles....over 100,000 gonna be there!

Almost time to "PLAY BALL!"......yes I know RED SOX BABES that you have 2 games in already...

Hello all!! Can you believe it's time for baseball again?!? It's about time! I can't wait until the Rockies play tomorrow! I think they're going to be a good team all year long this year!! I'm so excited I get to go to the home opener on Friday! I can't wait!!!

Here's hoping all your teams do well! Except for when they're playing the Rockies!!!

EZ, I don't know what to think about that. On the one hand, I just don't like Barry, so it makes me giggle a little. But, on the other hand, the giants were certainly backing him when he was getting homeruns for them and helping them win. But now they choose to ignore anything about him. Seems a little petty and immature.

Crazynette: I heard that the weather isn't supposed to be very good for the Rockies first game. Hopefully they'll be able to play!!!

IT IS BASEBALL TIME!!! Other people may say it is Christmas...but for me "It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!"

I have to admit...I dont see the Japan games as "real" even though they count. Today is the first real game.

Yes, I set my alarm for 5:45am to watch the Red Sox games from Japan. I popped right out of bed like Christmas morning... LOL... If I had to get up that early for work I'd be smashing that alarm clock... But I will get up any time day or night to watch my boyz of summer..........

GO RED SOX...
