I spend a good $80 to fill up in the UK. Its still set at around the $7/gallon mark. 62% fuel tax, there's your explanation.

Saw it for $2.59 today should have filled up. Wonder if it's going to go up because of the hurricane out in the Atlantic.

Yesterday it was $3.85 and I was thinking about getting some and didn't so it probably is a little more. Always happens...I think about getting some and don't and then the next day it goes up...but then it will go down a couple of cents a day or two after that.

It's really interesting to look at the earlier post here. Wish we could roll back prices to the ones we were complaining about in '07. It's $3.72 at the cheapest station here. At least milk has gone down a little.

I'm in NJ also, about 30 miles west of NyC....I paid $4.05 last week...it's been holding at that price for about 2 weeks....argh!

$4.09 to $4.16 here in NW Indiana.Thats for the cheapest...and I don't quite understand the vast difference in price throughout the gas stations within a few miles of each other.Of course I'll drive an extra minute for the cheaper,lol.

$3.99 in my little town...but 24 miles away you can get it for $3.87. 40 miles away it's in the $3.70s...
