I have not read the book, but I've read through some of the stuff about it on her website. I like her good attitude toward things... and she certainly did get me much more organized. I can see that it would help.. I think it's a matter of making a decision, making yourself stick with it, and keeping track.. from what I've read. She has a contract to print out and sign on her website, and some logs for food journaling and exercise journaling and such.
