Body Clutter by Flylady
 

Has anyone read Body Clutter by the women of Flylady? Any recommendations? Was it useful? TIA.:D

Just started reading it tonite...as well as sign back up for Flylady since my house is as chaotic as my body,lol.I heard of it from someone who raved about it,and read all the reviews from amazon.So,well see.....

I have not read the book, but I've read through some of the stuff about it on her website. I like her good attitude toward things... and she certainly did get me much more organized. I can see that it would help.. I think it's a matter of making a decision, making yourself stick with it, and keeping track.. from what I've read. She has a contract to print out and sign on her website, and some logs for food journaling and exercise journaling and such.
Anything for 15 minutes, right? :)
