It's classical music for those who would like classical music except that they get bored between the notes.

But they're sufficiently socially self-conscious that they're embarrassed by all the stares when they're surfing the web on their iPad during a symphony concert.

So TSO solves their problem.

I only watched half of this, but yeah, I would go sit and listen to 'em:

Trans-Siberian Orchestra

I don't think they stop playing xmas carols, Cathy, it seems to be a year round thing nowadays.

*groan*

I'm tired of the holidays and they aren't even halfway over yet!!!

Well TSO was outstanding...

they played some new non-Christmas stuff too....

it seemed to be much louder and way more lights and video action than the last time I saw them a couple of years ago....

loved it but could it be this old timer is about rock and rolled out?

They played for 2 hrs 45 minutes w/o a break!

thankfully it was a matinee!

Wear earplugs for loud events. You can still hear everything, but your ears don't ring afterward and you can actually enjoy the event. It makes it easier to hear people talk over loud background noise also.

Did I hear a request for some Christmas Carols. Thanksgiving is over. The time is NOW.

I'm dreaming of a thin Christmas.
Just like the ones I used to know.
Where the food is healthy,
The portions dealt me
Right sized and wrapped up with a bow.

I'm dreaming of a thin Christmas.
With every veggie dish I bite.
May your meals be tasty and light!
And may all your portions be just right!

Have yourself a tasty healthy Christmas.
Keep those cal'ries low.
From now on our choices will
not lead to woe.
Have yourself a healthy tasty Christmas.
Make your choices good.
From now on we'll dine on just the
foods we should.

Here we were as in olden times
Extra chubby pounds and all.
Now we look to our current times.
Lower pounds, better foods and SMALL.

Through the years we've all learned together
Better things to do.
Give yourself a star for all the better choices too.
And have yourself a healthy tasty Christmas now.

I have been away for a week in a land with no scales and lots of pumpkin pie, gravy, ice cream , and other things that aren't usually included in my diet. I am delighted to say I only gained 1.1 pound, and that will soon be gone.
