good afternoon everyone. hope the day is good. it is very windy and rainy here to day.

It's is absolutely gorgeous here. I'm loving the cool nights and you can even go outside during the day without sweaty to death in less than 5 minutes.

Anyone else having people over for dinner tonight?

Nice weather here too, but, the wind just blew my van all over the road today going to town!! Must be gusting around 50 mph still this evening!

Naw, that's OK, Lifer. You can keep it. We'll be getting plenty here before to long. But, I'm from Wyoming originally, so I tend to think these folks in Utah are just a little whiny when it comes to wind.

It's freezing in here this morning:brr:! It was in the mid-40's overnight and I just refuse to turn on the heat until after Oct. 1st, so it's only 68 F in the house right now. And, they're saying we might get the first frost tonight-this is tooooo early for that!

Had a nasty week last week! If people dont start being nice I will HAVE them for dinner...:devil:

The guys are miss leading you a bit. They dont make the rules around here. We know "WHO" rules the roost! And laughing at anything and everything on this thread is the best medicine and exercise!

Cold and wet here too! Still keeping the windows open and making the kids wear layers!

I have goofed off all day and need to go out in an hour to do pet therapy. Darned rain is still coming down so I'll need to take along a doggie towel.

I wonder if I can accomplish anything in an hour. Maybe I'll blow my nose too although it's not on my list.

My dog is WAAYYY better than my kids. He's always happy to see me come home and never asks me for money.

My dog's better than my kids, too, Operator. She'll even help me do dishes! LOL-just kidding!

But, maybe there's something in the doggie air right now, because she's driving us nuts running from window to window whining and growling and no one's out there:dizzy:

My dogs cost me a fortune.

One of them thinks the TV is a window...anytime she sees an animal on it she runs outside barking and lookin for it.

Mine Pom is playing Dropsie on the stairs right now. He takes his toys and drops them down the stairs and watches them go down. Then, he gets them and does it again. It's kind of his private game of Fetch.

That's too funny!!! I think it must be a "POM" thing!!! Ginger and Sissy do that too! Of course, they think they need every toy on the bed at night!!

My Reba does the same thing with her kong...she found out sometimes the cookie in there comes out!

My dog sleeps with me , he doesn't snore and he doesn't smell.

My dog sleeps with me, smells like dog, and does mini barks in his sleep. But he does not steal to covers like hubby and kids do! And he is always estactic to see me and never talks back.

My dog never calls and says he has to work late and then come home smelling like beer and he doesn't care how much money I spend.

Another reason I drink at home.

When the dog drinks...he does sometimes out of the toilet and never leaves the seat up or dribbles any where.

And he never complains that his dress shirt is not ironed. And he would never, ever complain about my mother.

If it's not one thing it's your mother.

They never ask to borrow the car!!
