Hey all! Back from hunting. We did the hunting, but no shooting... Oh well. That's the way it goes sometimes.

I heard about the balloon incident on the way out of the mountains. Just amazing. I'm glad it turned out well, but just think of the resources that were used to rescue just the balloon. Oh boy!

I'm feeling old and tired tonight as I've spent the past 48 hours trying to keep up with my 40 year old Wonder Woman garden consultant. I now have a beautiful, double-dug, soil amended, perennial bed in front of my house. It should be gorgeous in the spring and my sore muscles may have recovered by then. The old bed was a bit of a village show piece that got destroyed when the men and machines moved in the build my addition.
