Default Breakfast ideas

Does anybody have any good ideas for breakfast? I normally don't eat breakfast and I am looking for some good fast breakfast tips

Lately I've been having a whole grain english muffin with peanut butter and a greek yogurt - probably should throw in a piece of fruit as well.

Also good, oatmeal (real oats - not the stuff in the packages that are loaded with sugar) with sliced apple and some cinnamon.

Umm... when I have more time, eggs and toast (no butter - I leave the yolk a tiny bit runny so you get that runny, smooth texture butter gives you).

You can also look up some recipes for the overnight oatmeal in a jar, just in the morning you can just pull one out... I haven't tried it yet, but they look delicious... I must really like oatmeal!

Most of the other things I have take at least 10 minutes to make, these are like 3 minutes and you don't have to watch the muffin as it toasts or the oats as they cook, so they're pretty easy.

I had this today and it was pretty tasty...you can make one or two slices depending on your calorie needs. I used black beans instead of refried and used fat-free cheese.

Breakfast Mexi-melt

Ingredients
2 tablespoons canned nonfat refried beans
1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted
1 tablespoon prepared salsa
1 tablespoon shredded cheese, such as Mexican blend or Jack

Preparation
1.Spread beans on toast. Top with salsa, then cheese. Microwave on High until the cheese is melted and the beans are hot, about 45 seconds.

A poached egg with veggies is my favorite breakfast. Very filling and low calorie.

Breakfast wrap/ Breakfast burrito--on a low carb tortilla filled with grilled onions, green pepper, tomato, 2-3 egg whites, 1 slice of turkey bacon crumbled into bacon bits, two tablespoons of low fat shredded cheddar cheese. They aren't that bad re-heated either and sometimes I make them the night before and pop one in the microwave in the morning
