Hiya everyone!
I desperately need some advice on workout videos. After several days of following my exercise dvds, I am seriously getting bored of doing the same ol' thing over and over again. Am trying to get into some form of outdoor sports but my exercise routine seems more regular when i follow the vids.
Right now I have Rania's bellydancing collection, Paula Abdul's Get up and Dance, and Yoga Zone's yoga sculpting. I tend to prefer something fast paced and really makes you sweat. Any recs?
