advice on workout videos?
Hiya everyone!
I desperately need some advice on workout videos. After several days of following my exercise dvds, I am seriously getting bored of doing the same ol' thing over and over again. Am trying to get into some form of outdoor sports but my exercise routine seems more regular when i follow the vids. Right now I have Rania's bellydancing collection, Paula Abdul's Get up and Dance, and Yoga Zone's yoga sculpting. I tend to prefer something fast paced and really makes you sweat. Any recs? :carrot: |
If you like kickboxing style workouts... I would recommend the TurboJam series. Lots of fun, faced pace and a great workout.

I'll second the Turbo Jam recommendation. They are super fun and the workouts seem to go really quickly. The Firm videos are also really good. They are a bit slower paced, but really make you sweat.

Try Billy Blanks - Tae Bo!!!! You'll definately work up a sweat and you'll be so busy (since you wanted fast paced), you won't have time to get bored w/ anything. It's great - and he's right, you do see results fast. My sister started me w/ it and boy was she right....
