Default WW workout tapes?

Has anyone here tried the WW workout tapes? I'm thinking of getting them, and wanted to see if they were good.

Well...I just bought them off of Ebay for $12 plus shipping, so in a week or so I'll post up a review of them.

A lot of "plans" have their own set of videos-like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. There are different versions-they usually release new ones every few years.
I think in general they are beginner level exercise videos-aimed at those just getting back into exercise.
Jeny Craig has gotten with Leslie Sansone for their new videos though, and I like them better than any video that JC or WW has put out thus far. I got mine from Ebay since I am not on JC, and it is a dvd called "The Strength Walk". It has a walking segment (1 1/2 mile using the 2 pound weighted balls) and then has a strength training segment. Both workouts are approximately 20-25 minutes each.

I have the Get In Shape DVD. It's my first workout video, so I can't offer advice compared to others, but I do like it. I need to do the workouts a few more times, b/c I still feel like I'm tripping over my feet trying to follow along! It has a combination of cardio (step moves, grapvines, marching) and weight training (squats, tricep extensions, kickbacks, lunges) with 3-5 pound dumbells. Each workout has a 5 monute warmup, 5 minute cooldown, and 3 10 minute circuits that consist of (I think) 2.5 minutes cardio/weights/cardio/weights?

I lent it to a co-worker, and she liked it better than her other videos, enough to buy it for $30 at the WW center.

I got the dvd that has parts of all three on it. It came with the jumpstart program
that had a menu of 20 points with your chose of higher protein or higher carbs.

I did use that menu and I lost 3.8 pounds that week.
