good morning! went for a power walk and ran errands late yesterday afternoon. watched one world: together at home. great show! will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed.
So, last week I found the box of DVD's that got boxed up from us getting the office floor replaced. I left the KCM strength workout that I had been using in the office and brought the rest home. I bought 2 clear boxes to put the extra workouts in and to put under the bed. I was looking at my TF and TJ workouts with the realization that I probably won't be able to do these workouts anymore. I don't like jumping and that sort of thing in the house. Our house is very small and we have way too much stuff in there. I'm thinking I will be doing strength at home and then doing walking for my cardio. I can reassess the situation when the gyms open back up. I cancelled my insurance gym membership for now and will probably start it again when the gyms open back up.
Check-In: I started a 30 minute outdoor walk. It started raining and thundering so I went back in the house. I continued to walk and march in the house and got the 30 minutes in. Maybe I can look for a standing core workout and fit that in. Sometimes looking for the workout is a workout. LOL Can anyone relate to that?
