No formal workout today. I am working on a shredding event at work. We have been in business for over 30 years and never away any files. I finished up with getting down the boxes of stuff for shredding. The shredding truck will come to the shop on Friday. I also completely filled up our dumpster with stuff. It took a lot out of me. I worked for about 4 hours today so that's my workout. Have a Blessed evening! |
