Hi Everyone!

No workout to report. I had to take my books to the CPA's office, which is located in a country area. Her office is in her home. Anyways, on the way back to my office the traffic started slowing down/backing up. Then I noticed a lot of smoke. The traffic kept going, very slowly. Then I noticed flames coming from a truck on the side of the road. At that point the traffic couldn't pass and I was two or three vehicles behind the truck on fire. A fire truck and emergency vehicles got there. I left a good amount of distance between me and the person in front of me, just in case. It looked like the fire was put out and there was no more smoke. The next thing I knew flames shot up and was taller than before. More emergency vehicles were arriving on the scene and everyone was running toward the truck. The next thing there was an explosion and it shook my vehicle. I'm glad I left room, because I ending up probably doing a 10 point turn, but I got out of there. There were deep ditches on both sides so not much room for turning around. So I went back the other way towards work. Then there was a big accident on the road where our shop is and it took forever to get back. I spent most of my day stuck in traffic.

good morning! will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. was without my internet most of the day today. called to tell them i couldn't log on and that i did everything i knew to do to fix it and that my internet modem/router was brand new. techie i spoke to said that the problem was on their end and that he didn't know when it would be fixed. it was very late yesterday afternoon/early last night when it was fixed. i did take advantage of the weather yesterday and got lots of power walking done. :D

No workout to report. I am starting a new project, LOL. DH and I have been married for going on 31 years. I have saved all of our records for all of these years. I have stored them in a closet at the house. Today I took out all the boxes of records that I am going to shred. I took them to the shop and started that process. I am starting to have flashbacks to when I shredded 50+ years of my parents stuff. http://forum.videofitness.com/images/smilies/eek.gif My plan this week is to work on it but try to get at least a 30 minute workout each day. Tomorrow is church, I need to pick up groceries for a lady at church, who is home bound and my Aunt is in the hospital. I also plan to go see her for a few minutes. (that's probably all the time I will have, LOL) So, I doubt I will get a workout in but I will be moving all day. Sometimes that's all we can do.
