went to the funeral home after supper tonight. there were no calling hours this afternoon. power walked there and home again. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

3 miles walked.
My son is moved almost all the way out now, he still has some bits and bobs here but most of his stuff is gone. The house is too empty, too quiet and kind of lonely. This will take some getting used to, it has been a long time since it has just been hubby and I in the house.
