15 min Spinning, 60 min back and chest weights
Did Spinning for the first time last night. Finished the hour class. Exceeded what i thought i could do and did very well. Very pleased. Have excellent cardio conditioning for a 300lb woman

good morning! took advantage of the weather and went for three power walks yesterday. the last one was a power walk home from church. will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed.
Last night I added on: Full Body Stretch (standing) <-- I took a hot shower last night and stretched in the shower. That was really nice.
