  • I am going bonkers just sitting around. I am going to look up arm chair exercises when I get done here. My foot itches, my toe hurts and I am so crazy cranky from sitting around with my foot propped up. I want to yell and scream and I am really wondering just what the heck I was thinking getting surgery to try to fix some of the pain. I thought of the surgery, I knew I would have to sit for a long while but, this is going to be so difficult to stay off my foot as much as I can. I want to move around and do stuff, then when I do stuff, I want to sit because it hurts, but when I sit other part hurt and I want to get up and move, grrrrr.

  • tuboard, check youtube for arm chair exercises. i'm going to work out and have breakfast in a few minutes. i'll also take out the trash and hang up a load of laundry.
  • Tubolard, check out bodyflex on you tube. A lot of it is just breathing and upper body stretching.

  • just got back from power walking and running errands.
  • 30min. weeding.
  • went for a power walk and ran an errand before supper. will go for another walk in a few minutes.
  • Balance exercises.
  • decided at the last minute to go for another power walk. my fitness goals have been attained for today.

  • Changed the waterbed.........sweatin all the way. ha
  • 2 miles leslie sansone before I left to see dad this morning. will power walk and run an errand on my way to my meeting tonight. will power walk home afterwards.
