My lower back muscles went into spasm on Saturday without my even lifting anything, just bending and reaching for the bottom of the bedspread while making our bed. So I have been taking it easy.

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. will go for another power walk in a few minutes.
