2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk after I was dropped off at work. had plenty of time before I was scheduled to start. power walk after I was done with work. had plenty of time before I caught the bus home. ran errands in morning and afternoon. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
