Diana, I don't blame for taking it easy because of your hip. I just got out of the shower. will check the mail and have a healthy snack in a few minutes. will also power walk to church tonight. may run an errand after church.
I am going to try to get back to my workouts tomorrow. I also have some SI joint exercises I will be working on. Hopefully they will help with the pain.
