Went to a party on Sunday and fireworks yesterday. Had a great weekend and gained 5.1 pounds, Ugh!
Now it is time to get serious again. My goal is to get down to 160 by the time we go to Montana at the end of August.

I was glad to get a workout in today and to get back on plan from the weekend fun.
Deb I did even better than you. I gained 5.2 pounds.
I had events every day of the long weekend.

Hello everyone. So I've completely fallen off the exercise wagon
I have a very hap hazard and busy schedule, and I went from exercising every a.m., to not at all d/t schedule changes with work.
Now the only day I really have to exercise is on Fridays. So I'm stopping by as accountability that I will start exercising every Friday a.m.
