I ran on Monday (3.3 miles), then did a cycling test that afternoon at my book store. It was hard! They give you a score and then you can take classes where what you do is customized for your level of cycling. My score was pretty low, but that's okay. I just started cycling in September so I can't complain.
So I'll be adding those classes - just 1x or 2x a week to my running, cycling, weightlifting routine!
And my obsession with exercise all started with Leslie!
