I had strength training today. It was tougher than normal but that's good. He said a vein is showing in my bicep! I said "oh I don't want any veins sticking out!" He said they won't. Finally learned how to tighten the core today, lol. I always thought it meant holding in your lower abs. But it means literally tightening it from the bottom to the top. Once I started doing that I was able to lift the weights much easier.
Tomorrow DD and I will run in the AM.
