I ran this morning. It was 72 but 100% humidity no had trouble running very far/long. Did a 4.5 mile walk/run.
Enjoying my time off of work! And DD being home!

Burn body fat and sculpt arms......2mi. This is an old one but it warms me right up and I wanted to see if I could still do it. I stopped a few months ago because I have so much trouble with my feet..........neuropathy and gout........but I only did half of it.

I had strength training today. It was tougher than normal but that's good. He said a vein is showing in my bicep! I said "oh I don't want any veins sticking out!" He said they won't. Finally learned how to tighten the core today, lol. I always thought it meant holding in your lower abs. But it means literally tightening it from the bottom to the top. Once I started doing that I was able to lift the weights much easier.
Tomorrow DD and I will run in the AM.

As I was caring the ten pounds of weights I thought how wonderful it would be to be ten pounds thinner. My hip started hurting the last few minutes and I thought it might help all my joints to be thinner.

Ran this morning and stretched. Tomorrow is strength training because on Thursday morning DD and I are doing a 5K on the beach. Hopefully the weather will cool down. It was very nice this morning - in the high 60s.
