I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 Mega Miles dvd and did the 1st and 3rd miles.
Letsgetaway - yes on the Walk it Off in 30 Days, the walk is 30 minutes, 2 miles. and then there is a 30 minute strength session.
I still LOVE the Remix dvd and have the new one ordered called Walk to the Hits, Party Songs that comes out December 17.
on the bouncing parts, I just bounce lightly. I don't need anything else falling further
