hey gang

I did 2 miles this morning and used 2 lb hand weights while I walked. I used the Walk It Off in 30 Days dvd.

So the walk is 2 miles long for the Walk it off in 30 Days? I was always curious how long the walk was!

I think because of Thanksgiving, then I have a couple field trips and then last week of the quarter is exams. So no classes, just exams. Also you get so busy at home with planning for the holidays that you don't have any time to breathe. I'm start teaching a new class at the local college Wednesday this week. These are eight week classes so it will be quite busy! But all is good!

Yes, I do now. Took me a couple tries to like it. I like some of the music in it and find myself singing those songs through out the day. What I don't like is there is about 5 times where we bounce or jump up and down. I'm not much on bouncing. Usually I just jog during those. Not sure why but things just bounce to much on me when I jump and it doesn't happen when I jog.

I am going to get the new one coming out in Dec that also has that type of music.

I still find that HIIT thing odd but she says we will notice a big difference after a few times, it makes you get fit. I don't know about that but I enjoy the DVD.

I have that problem, too. Substituting jogging sounds like a good idea.

hey gang

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 Mega Miles dvd and did the 1st and 3rd miles.

Letsgetaway - yes on the Walk it Off in 30 Days, the walk is 30 minutes, 2 miles. and then there is a 30 minute strength session.

I still LOVE the Remix dvd and have the new one ordered called Walk to the Hits, Party Songs that comes out December 17.

on the bouncing parts, I just bounce lightly. I don't need anything else falling further
