Annie I hope you can get some good sleep soon. That poor little dog she must have been really frightened. When are these storms supposed to clear up? Soon I hope.


2 Miles this evening plus a cool down. Also did some arm exercises from a different workout video.

My brother lives in Holiday Island. He has a duplex that he lets visitors stay in. It is on a golf course and so beautiful. Lots of trees and hills. Really peaceful. Its about 5 mi from Eureka Springs.

One half miles outside. I'd like to get out more but it has been raining so much and I have trouble somedays with balance but today it felt good.

Used yesterday as my day off, i went to a concert and was on my feet for about 6 hours & skipped dinner because I got really sick. Luckily i'm feeling much better today.
4 miles done today from the 5 Mile Advanced Walk.

Well, I am back at it and committed to exercising each day this week (M-F), even if it is only a mile/day.

One mile Burn Body Fat w/ 2# weights this morning. Felt good to move. Shooting for a minimun of 2 miles tomorrow!
