I don't have time this week to get to the library to see what they have in the way of fitness videos (jury duty, ugh). Anyone know of somthing great for cardio on you tube or netflix or xfinity? Thanks!

You could also try BeFit or Blogilates on youtube.
BeFit has quite a few full length exercise videos, Blogilates is mostly around the 10 minute mark.

Do you have On Demand on Xfinity? They have a bunch of fitness videos on there.
