Sicktwistedkutie - Welcome and great job! There is a such a variety of WATP and other Leslie Sansone dvds available. I have been using them for over a year and they work for me.

Today - LS Pilates, weight and crunches. Today we are having a blood drive at work so I will be donating in about an hour and will not be able to take a walk later. I love the benefits of donating blood (which includes grabbing a goodie).

Toonses-You are a bicycle ridin' fool!!

I did miles 1,2 & 3 of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning. I am going to have to drag out of bed a little earlier now that school is back in session.

I do love to ride my bicycle, especially on the country roads near my home. This weekend I almost wiped out when I went off the road and skidded in some gravel. I put my left leg down to stop myself from falling and tweaked my left hip. I am walking around today like an old lady.

hey gang

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 2 Mile Closer Walk. I also did some exercise over the weekend but forgot to post it. I'm trying girls... I'm trying.

Toonses - I hope your hip heals up quick. it's so aggravating when you are exercising and mess somethin up. Hope you're back to normal soon.

Annie - 3 miles sounds good to me! wish I could get that much in but I'm doing good to get in 2.

Was having weird dreams that almost kept me in bed this morning. But crawled out and did the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends w/ 3# weights.

Today - It was so hard to get out of bed this morning but, I managed 3-miles of the Fat Burning Walk. Plan on taking a 2-mile walk in a couple of hours.

I had a very busy bicycling weekend. It was in the 100's on both Saturday and Sunday so I got up bright and early and hit the road.

Saturday - 17-mile bicycle ride
Sunday - 32-mile bicycle ride. I pushed this ride. I started at 8:00 am and got home a little after 10:00. It was a real work out and I was exhausted the rest of the day. I think I pushed myself a little too hard.
