Well I have been pushing myself. I want to get out of the 180's this month. Besides my regular workouts I have been preparing for our office picnic tomorrow. Myself and one other employee are providing the cheers for our soccer team. We have come up with about 15 cheers/routines, and have been practicing our moves during lunch (with pom poms). It should be pretty hysterical. We are not being serious and have taken some of our moves and cheers from Saturday Night Live (Spartans). Who would have thought that a woman in her 50's and one in her 60's would be cheerleaders. I just hope I don't break a hip. Ha Ha

LOL! That sounds like a blast! Love the cheerleader skits on SNL. They were classic.

hey gang i tried all day long to post in here and never could get on. i guess the site was down. but i've been taking melatonin at nite before going to bed and it seems to be helping some nites which I'm thankful for. yesterday morning I got up early to walk and somebody was sleeping on my couch. i'm beginning to feel a conspiracy here LOL

but i got up this morning and did 2 miles. I used the Power Walk with Friends and used 2 lb weights and then i jogged around my living room for 5 minutes (hey it all counts)

how is everybody doing? later gaters

Hey all! I took yesterday off from work for one last blow out with the boys before school starts here. We went to see a movie and I didn't exercise.

This morning I got up and did 4 miles of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. I really miss being able to safely do the boosted walking (jogging). I just try to give it all I've got and keep it low impact.

Welcome back Cathy!

I noticed I could not log in yesterday as well.

Hey if you want to see a great movie go see the Help. My DH and I saw it over the weekend and we were just blown away. We both read the book and the movie stays true to the book. I give it 5 STARS and 2 thumbs up!

Tuesday - LS Yoga, weights/crunches and 2-mile walk
Today - 12-mile bicycle ride (planning on taking a 2-mile walk later this morning)
