hey gang
i tried all day long to post in here and never could get on. i guess the site was down. but i've been taking melatonin at nite before going to bed and it seems to be helping some nites which I'm thankful for. yesterday morning I got up early to walk and somebody was sleeping on my couch. i'm beginning to feel a conspiracy here LOL
but i got up this morning and did 2 miles. I used the Power Walk with Friends and used 2 lb weights and then i jogged around my living room for 5 minutes (hey it all counts)
