Hey there ladies! I am starting Turbo Fire today! I didn't want to have to wait a whole 'nother week so I'm just skipping the rest day this week and pushing straight through to catch up!
I am really hoping to get my weight down this time. This looks promising! i did Fire 30 earlier today, and I was worn out afterwards! But now I feel like I haven't done much at all! So I am going to pop an abs dvd in and maybe even run before I do the Stretch 10.
I'm so glad to be doing this along with you all! I can't wait to see results!
