Today I finally made it to the y turbokick class. I used to go but it's been so long. It was a great workout. I plan on trying to go more to the y and mixing in turbo fire on the other days.

Hi girls! It's been so long since i've checked in! I'm still trying to do Turbo fire, things got so crazy with my work that i never had time to get online. It's nice to have time again to be online. I need to get back motivated, i got back from my cruise and the scale is NOT looking pretty. I think it was more the drinking than the food to be honest.

Hey there ladies! I am starting Turbo Fire today! I didn't want to have to wait a whole 'nother week so I'm just skipping the rest day this week and pushing straight through to catch up!

I am really hoping to get my weight down this time. This looks promising! i did Fire 30 earlier today, and I was worn out afterwards! But now I feel like I haven't done much at all! So I am going to pop an abs dvd in and maybe even run before I do the Stretch 10.


I'm so glad to be doing this along with you all! I can't wait to see results!

Thanks Diana! Today I ran 3 miles on the treadmill and slow and fast intervals...i have to incorporate running again because the 5k season is approaching and i normally run about 3-5 a year.

Thank you msm and Diana! Well today is break day for those of you that are following the turbo fire schedule... which means it's catch up day for me! hiit 15 and stretch 10!

Steph, I am going to be doing the same thing! It's a gorgeous 60 degrees outside so I'll be running in intervals as well. Hoping to be able to do a 5k in May
