Diana, I love Turbo Jam. I love any kind of Kickboxing because I know what it does for my body. In the past, it has allowed me to lose inches and be170-something pounds and in a size 10 comfortably. So, I welcome this new challenge in TF and I know that it will allow me to see some great results soon.

Thanks for the welcome everyone!

Good Morning ~ is it too late for me to join in? I started TurboFire on January 3rd and just completed my 5th week.

Today I decided to try Fire 60 (Fire 55EZ was on the schedule). Oh wow, I looked a lot like Grover from Sesame Street flailing around lol, but I did burn a bunch of calories!

TGIF!

Belight & Specialk .

Have any of you TF Chickies tried Chalean Extreme? I was watching the infomercial this morning and thought, that one looks interesting too.

Thank you Diana!

GettinFit ~ I did 2 rounds of Chalean Extreme last year and loved it!! I lost 8 pounds and lots of inches doing that workout, it's hard, but fun and you will be amazed at how heavy you can lift!

And when I finish my 20 weeks of TF, I will be starting the TF/CLX hybrid program.

Hi Everyone! TGIF! Have a great weekend!

Check-In: TF Fire 60

Gettinfit I haven't done CLX. I don't lift heavy like that due to a neck injury. I've heard a lot of people like it and have seen great results with it.

Still waiting for TF. I did receive shipping confirmation so I am excited!
But I did run/walk 2 miles this morning and did 15min on the stationary bike and spent an hour doing Just Dance 2 with the kids. So overall, I had some successful workouts. I hope you all have a great weekend!

Diana, I see that you're in the 150s now You have done an awesome job and you can't imagine how motivating you are to us!

Nikki - Can't wait 'til your TF arrives. If you ordered it from that site, it won't take long so hang in there. Mine took less than a week to come.

Thanks for the info Belight, I think I will try the TF rotation first and maybe treat myself to CLX later.

Got my workouts in early today:
Firm Total Body Time Crunch
Rockin Body Hard Core Abs
I did a 3 mile walk in 46 mins

I have been trying to break my weight loss stall and I think it's finnaly coming to an end as this morning I weighed 215.6

Have a great Saturday everyone

Sheila

GettinFit Thank you! Great job on getting that workout in early. I hope it clears up and you can do your walk today. It is raining here now, and will probably continue on throughout the day.
