Default Suggestions to really make you sweat

does anyone have a suggestion for a DVD that really makes them sweat? I have noticed lately that unless I get that, I get really bored . . . . like I haven't really done anything after Im done.
Just needing to add some variety I think a couple times a week to get that extra kick . . hope that makes sense lol.

I've got 30DS and Biggest Loser bootcamp that I alternate between already

Thanks guys

Insanity is a CRAZY intense cardio workout. I also like Turbo Jam. And I haven't tried P90X but I hear it's great!

I don't have any suggestions for DVD's. Find something you REALLY like to do all that extra motivation will really pay off. Good luck.

I really like Jillian's "Cardio Kickbox" workout (And I own WAYYYYY Too many workout tapes) It always made me sweat. I haven't done it in a while because im currently doing CLX. I also like the BL cardio max one too. I have done Insanity and man it makes you die, but I think its still too advanced for me.

Maybe you need more challenging workouts? (although i think 30DS is pretty intense, i don't have biggest loser bootcamp so can't comment on that one)
