Just lookin for a little advice. I'm trying to start some kind of exercise regimen...until now I've sort of just been mismashing videos together, trying to fit some cardio here some strength here.
I recently bought all 3 Jilian Michaels videos (well the ones at Walmart, there may be others I don't know about) so I've got 30 day shred, burn fat/boost metabolism and the no more trouble zones.
Does anyone have any ideas for me as to how to put these all together? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
